Cancellation & refunds
Because the kit is personalized digital work, orders cannot be cancelled and payments are non-refundable once payment is completed and production begins. Please review the scope, price and information requirements before paying.
This policy does not limit any refund, cancellation or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
Delivery
Our target is delivery within 48 hours after payment and after we receive the required business information. Delays can occur if required information is missing or unclear.
Customer information
Please provide accurate public-facing business information. Do not submit private child, family, medical, payment-card or other sensitive information through the content intake form.
What is not included
Publishing posts, social-media management, paid advertising, photography, video production, website development and ongoing monthly management are not included in the $49 kit.
